Watch Cosmos Cramer run the Level 3 Gallente Cosmos mission chain, Federal Inspection. This mission can be found at the Central Administration Beacon in Fluekele. You need a standings of 4 with the Gallente Federation, and are limited to cruiser-sized hulls or smaller inside the Roden Shipyard's Outpost site.
