Dry Run More Like Reload Run Icarus Mission

This one drove me nuts for a bit. You are given a solar panel and a drill. The solar panel, if you have never used one before, needs to be in sight of the sun. Since you are at a massive mountain, it blocks the sun for quite a distance. So, I ended up placing the solar panel quite a distance away from the valley you are in. I also had an issue with the long run of wiring I needed to run, not working with it powering the drill, even when there was sunlight hitting the solar panel.
