Eve online T6 electrtical Abyssal sites with 2x Retribution and 1x Deacon - 750mil/h

Here I show you how to run T6 Electricals with 2x Retribution and 1x Deacon. This setup is very cheap, and therefore not 100% reliable. There are cases where you will die with it.
