Visiting Some Ratting Dreads to create a Ratter's Nightmare. EVE Surgical Strike

Been very busy and I don't get to eve as often as I wish, when I did get on for a ping though this magical ratting party happened. C6 sites are nice, c6 caps are even nicer.
