10mn hull tanked Algos

I give a 10mn hull tanked algos a run for the first time. My favorite thing about this ship is that it is, well, hull-tanked. Not only does it have 10k ehp with even resists, its also WAY faster than an armor buffer PLUS you can fit the 10mn ab which when combined with the web/scram, makes it very hard to hold you down!
