The buildup to Alliance Tournament XXI begins with the feeders' tournament, which determines which 28 Alliances will advance to play in this year's primary matches. This year, the Caldari have been selected as the tournament sponsor, restoring order and discipline to the tournament after last year's Chaos of the Guristas.
