Edit: I misspoke at 4:46. The team's salary is a percentage of the total job costs. So take the total job costs and multiply it by 0.08, then add it to the original job cost. That will get you your final cost. Also, the 10% facility tax goes to the NPC corporation that owns the station, not to the team.
