The Drone Region of NULL does not spawn Relic sites, unless there is a Strong Metaliminal storm in the system. You can check https://evescoutrescue.com/home/stormtrack.php for storm locations. You won't make much ISK in drone space, unless you hack the Covert "Ghost" sites, which can be dangerous. Drone space includes these null regions: Cobalt Edge, Outer Passage, The Spire, Oasa, Perrigen Falls, Kalevala Expanse, Malpais and Etherium Reach.
