EVE Online PI Tier 4 Guide: Assembling the Factory Planets (Part 3)

We are back with Part 3 of our ultimate EVE Online Planetary Industry (PI) Tier 4 Guide! Now that our extraction planets are running at double capacity, it is time to build the factory planets that will process those raw materials all the way up to Integrity Response Drones. In this episode, we decommission old setups and create dedicated factory planets.
