Out for a roam in hostile space is most time a bad idea and especially if you know your hostiles have more then 2 times your numbers. Its simply poke a bear :) But what a good idea is, kiting, kiting meant range control, you are far away, out of tackle range from your targets and mostly safe, ok, nothing is safe but its comfortable. Even more fun when your targets brawling on station because they think you will come to them and they get to far out from dock range and realized it when they are dead ^^
