Ishkur - Uprising Expansion Changes

The Ishkur's slot layout and ship attributes have been updated in the Uprising expansion for Eve Online! It now has an extra mid-power slot, rather than the extra low-power slot. It has also been given some extra CPU and power grid, and a significant bonus to armor repair amount.
