Jin'talks - The Blue Donut War - The Grind Continues

Welcome back to the seemingly ever-escalating Blue Donut War, where things seem to be settling in to a nice, long, drawn out conflict across both theatres. This update focuses on everything that happened pre-Evesterdam, with huge battles being waged on both sides of the cluster, TRI adopting a policy of 'Elastic Defence' and PL losing caps in Providence.
