Angel Shielded Starbase in one siege cycle in a Phoenix (read description)

I'm too lazy to create a voice over for the video. So I'll add some remarks here in the description. The Shielded Starbase escalation was added not thaaat long ago in the equinox expansion. You have to destroy the starbase and before that its shields. (Who would have thought?!?) The shield are a "Forcefield" and the starbase is a "Pirate Angel Tower". The latter drops one "23rd Tier Overseer's Personal Effects" that can be sold to NPC buy orders for 133m isk.
