EVE Online - Hack in Gallente Bulwark System - fail

I tried to do the CoW campaign objective to hack cans in Gallente bulwark systems. I used the best ship I have, and brought along another character, but failed anyway. It's possible that I could beat this, if I kept trying, but I'm going to pass, waiting for better defensive (shield and armor) skills instead. On the plus side, Gallente won the race!
