Where are we seeing Command Carriers today?

Mostly in blue-on-blue bragging rights kills - or at least that's the story I see when looking at Zkill. Are Command Carriers actually changing EVE, or are they still expensive (and stunning) garage queens? Two months after Cradle of War, I'm just reflecting on what the Salvation, Simurgh, Gaia and Ymir are actually doing in New Eden, now that a few have popped out of the oven - and why fleets seem hesitant to field them. Where could they fit into the emerging capital meta? But, I'm just a line member - and minds much sharper than mind are theorycrafting and finding a place for these…
