Merlin vs Condor - How to catch a MWD kiter in an AB Frigate

Friendly fight between my Dual web AB Merlin and a kitey MWD Condor with TD where I let the condor get to its optimal before engaging to make it not so one sided. I just miss out on the slingshot the first time, but land the scram/web on the second go, I do manage to burn out one of my webs because it took me two attempts to close in on the ship, but thankfully I has backup web!
